Percepción de Saberes Ancestrales sobre los Beneficios Digestivos de la Muña y la Manzanilla en Estudiantes del 4to Grado “A” y “B” del Nivel Primaria

Abstract

El presente proyecto titulado “Percepción de saberes ancestrales sobre los beneficios digestivos de la muña y la manzanilla en estudiantes de cuarto grado “A” y “B” de primaria” y el objetivo es conocer la percepción de los saberes ancestrales sobre los beneficios digestivos de la muña y la manzanilla. Este presente proyecto se desarrolla según la metodología cualitativa. Además, se consideran los aportes de diversos autores que dan sustento de los saberes ancestrales, los cuales contribuyen al conocimiento y enriquecimiento de los saberes ancestrales relacionados con las plantas medicinales, considerando las propiedades de la muña y la manzanilla. Del mismo modo, autores que nos hablen sobre el concepto de percepción, ya que ello nos permitirá comprender la relación que existe entre la interculturalidad y su relevancia en las instituciones educativas. Además, resulta importante destacar la importancia y particularidad de estos conocimientos, abordados desde el sistema digestivo e indigestión, que son obtenidas a base de una mala alimentación o por desconocimientos de saberes de nuestros antepasados, ordenándolos desde una perspectiva educativa y de la salud. Finalmente, se dan a conocer los aportes de autores que desarrollan la Educación Intercultural Bilingüe tomando como base de referencia las sesiones educativas desarrolladas desde el enfoque intercultural en el nivel de educación primaria.

Abstract The present project entitled “Perception of Ancestral Knowledge Regarding the Digestive Benefits of Muña and Chamomile among Fourth Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’ Primary School Students” aims to analyze the perception of ancestral knowledge related to the digestive benefits of muña and chamomile. This present project is developed according to the qualitative methodology. In addition, the contributions of various authors who provide theoretical support for ancestral knowledge are considered, as they contribute to the understanding and enrichment of traditional knowledge related to medicinal plants, taking into account the properties of muña and chamomile. Likewise, studies addressing the concept of perception are included, since they will make it possible to understand the relationship between interculturality and its relevance within educational institutions. Furthermore, it is important to highlight the significance and particular characteristics of this knowledge, especially in relation to the digestive system and indigestion, conditions that may result from poor eating habits or from a lack of awareness of the knowledge passed down by our ancestors.
